A shared purpose
Help learners practise Mathematics, develop confidence and learn from feedback.
WHO WE ARE
Vorqela is an African-first education gaming technology company founded in South Africa, redefining how African learners relate to and understand mathematics through gamification, game-based design, personalisation and learning diagnostics. Our Ghana edition provides local school-stage and curriculum information.
Our Mission
To make Mathematics learning more engaging, relatable, and confidence-building for African learners through curriculum-aligned, game-based learning products.
Our Vision
To become a leading African EdTech company using game-based digital learning to support Mathematics confidence, concept mastery, and STEM readiness.
Games Must Serve Learning
We do not create games only for entertainment. Our products are designed to support Mathematics practice, confidence, and progress.
Culture Makes Learning Relatable
African learners deserve examples, stories, characters, and learning environments that feel familiar.
Confidence Comes Before Mastery
Learners are more likely to practise when they believe they can improve.
Mistakes Should Lead to Feedback
Learning should give learners safe opportunities to try, fail, retry, and improve.
Ghana
Our commitment to learners in Ghana
Vorqela was founded in South Africa. Our wider focus brings the same Q-Learn and V-Learn products to different education contexts.
Local information matters
For Ghana, Q-Learn covers Primary Basic 1–6; V-Learn covers JHS 1–3; SHS 1–3.
We work with schools and partners to discuss the curriculum, language and learning context relevant to their learners.
